Prepare to rev your teams engine and ignite their competitive spirit with this unique, high octane, team experience that draws inspiration from the world of Formula 1 racing (and good old fashioned kiwi ingenuity). With a focus on communication, project management, and strategic thinking, teams will construct an almost full scale Formula 1 racing car made from cardboard – and then race it to the finish line! 

As in real life, much can go wrong when it comes to the build and assembly of a Formula 1 Racing  Car, so testing and modifying along the way are integral elements for each team to get “race ready”. Once construction is complete, teams can add a personal touch in decorating their cars to make them stand out on the track (or company branding can be provided to each team for enhanced effect).

With the use of human horsepower for ultimate synchronization, teams will prepare for the final Grand Prix. Depending on the number of teams and Formula 1 cars constructed, qualifying heats can be incorporated as teams perfect pitstops and grid starts before the final race. As the starting flag is waved, teams will put it all on the line in the hope of being first to claim the checkered flag!
