Just like Captain Cooks original expedition, the idea of constructing and sailing a boat made from cardboard might sound impossible at first. However, with unwavering determination and a strong sense of teamwork, we can demonstrate that almost anything is possible with
the right application. 

Flat Out Afloat offers a contemporary spin on the classic team activity of raft building, resulting in a one of a kind team experience for both land lovers or the most avid sailing enthusiasts alike. The first stage of the program will see teams manage resources, follow detailed plans, and ultimately delegate roles in order to build their very own seaworthy boat capable of carrying them to glory.

From here it’s time to put each vessel to the test out on the water! As we approach the final regatta, teams will nominate sailors (2) to represent them and race their boat while the remaining team members cheer them on from the shore, (not everyone needs to get wet or go in the water). Team Up facilitators will explain the course and race rules before the starting horn sounds.

All that is left to be seen is whether your teams will sink or swim in Flat Out Afloat!
