As such, he has spent over 15 years working with aspiring athletes, high performance sports teams, in educational settings, and for the most part with corporate organisations looking to develop their people and their culture.

Through this time Stu has learnt that there is undoubtedly no secret recipe for success and no one size fits all solution when it comes to getting the best out of your team.
